ABSTRACT: This paper provides descriptions and illustrations of four new species in the hyphomycete genus Sporidesmium from deciduous stems or rotten wood. S. delavayae, S. tarennae, S. phoebes and S. ochnae occurred on the hosts Delavaya toxocarpa, Tarenna acutisepala, Phoebe rufescens and Ochna jabotapita, respectively. One new record is illustrated from the same area.
