Li, Zhu , Yanfeng Han & Zongqi Liang. Paecilomyces verticillatus, a new species isolated from soil in China. Mycotaxon 95: 133 - 136. 2005. ABSTRACT: A new species, Paecilomyces verticillatus, isolated from soil samples of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, China, is described and illustrated. It can be distinguished by white colonies when grown on Czapek agar, whorls of phialides arising from undifferentiated hyphae, and subglobose conidia.
