ABSTRACT: Nine species of Gasteromycetes belonging to the genera Chlamydopus, Podaxis and Tulostoma are recorded from the provinces of Catamarca and La Rioja, Argentina. Podaxis argentinus, Tulostoma beccarianum, T. herteri, T. mohavei, T. obesum, T. pulchellum, and T. striatum are described. Photographs are also provided for the uncommon T. herteri.
