ABSTRACT: Three rare Asiatic cetrarioid lichen species (fam. Parmeliaceae, lichenized Ascomycota) are characterized in detail; new combinations are proposed for two of them (Tuckermannopsis weii and Cetreliopsis hypotrachyna) and the generic position of the third ("Nephromopsis" hengduanensis) is discussed. Four chemotypes are distinguished in the genus Cetreliopsis according to the medullary beta-orcinol depsidones present.
