ABSTRACT: The third part of the preliminary checklist of Agaricales from Croatia is given. It comprises the families Boletaceae, Gomphidiaceae and Paxillaceae. 85 species belonging to 19 genera are presented. Six species are reported for the first time from Croatia. For each species, the published and unpublished sources of data are given, as well as the collections in which the material is deposited. The new combination Paxillus panuoides var. ionipus is proposed.
