Markovskaja, Svetlana. A new species of Cordana from Lithuania. Mycotaxon 87: 179 - 185. 2003.

ABSTRACT: Cordana lithuanica, a new species of dematiaceous hyphomycetous anamorph, collected on decaying wood of Fraxinus excelsior and Picea abies in forest litter in Lithuania, is described and illustrated. The fungus differs from known species of the genus by the shape and size of the conidia. A key to 13 currently recognized species of the genus Cordana is provided.
