ABSTRACT: An enumeration of 37 species of Hypotrachyna known from India is provided. H. boquetensis, H. intercalanda, H. kingii, H. livida and H. sinuosa are new records for India. H. coorgiana is reduced to a synonym of H. boquetensis. The earlier reports of H. pseudosinuosa and H. sublaevigata from India belong to H. radiculata and H. boquetensis respectively.
