a new species of Mycena section Polyadelphia
from ABSTRACT: Mycena pinophila sp. nov. has been found growing on Pinus sylvestris needles. The dark coloured basidiomata, particular habitat and broad and densely diverticulated cheilocystidia characterize the new species. Notes on closely related species are given and a new identification key for Mycena sect. Polyadelphia including all members in the Northern Hemisphere is proposed.
