ABSTRACT: 58 macrolichens are reported new to Taiwan. Several represent considerable range extensions: Polychidium stipitatum and Solenopsora elixiana are reported for the first time for the Northern Hemisphere and several other species, e.g. the recently described Rimelia pustulata, appear to be new to (East) Asia.
