ABSTRACT: Range extensions for two microlichens are reported. The tropical Cresponea proximata, previously known from Brazil and Chile, is recorded for Paraguay for the first time. Miltidea ceroplasta has an austral distribution, known from Australia, New Zealand and Chile, and is here recorded from Argentina.
