ABSTRACT: The taxonomic position of two species currently assigned to the Hyaloscyphaceae, Dasyscyphus involucratus and Trichopeziza myricae is reassessed, two new Dermateaceous genera Involucroscypha and Obscurodiscus are erected to accommodate them and the corresponding new combinations Involucroscypha involucrata and Obscurodiscus myricae are proposed.
