| Crespo, Ana, Maria del Carmen Molina & John A. Elix. A new species of Xanthoparmelia (lichenized Ascomycotina, Parmeliaceae) from Spain. Mycotaxon 80: 363-366. 2001. ABSTRACT: Xanthoparmelia vicentii (Parmeliaceae) from Spain is described as new to science. This species is characterized by revolute laciniate-lobulae, the lack of isidia, a black lower surface and the stictic acid chemosyndrome in the medulla.
