| Ramaley, Annette W. Pulvinella, a new genus with prosenchymatous propagules. Mycotaxon 79: 51-56. 2001. ABSTRACT: Pulvinella, a new genus in the Agonomycetales, is described from dead leaves of Nolina, a member of the Agavaceae. The fungus produces caducous, prosenchymatous propagules that are multihyphal in origin. Neither a sexual phase nor an alternative asexual phase is known from nature or from culture.
