San Martín, Felipe, Pablo Lavín & Jack D. Rogers. Some species of Xylaria (Hymenoascomycetes, Xylariaceae) associated with oaks in México. Mycotaxon 79: 337-360. 2001.

ABSTRACT: Fifteen taxa of the genus Xylaria growing on wood, fruit remains or leaves of Quercus spp. are reported from México. Xylaria albisquamula, X. duranii, X. michoacana, X. quercinophila, X. subcoccophora, and X. tumulosa are described as new. A dichotomous key for the considered taxa is provided.
