Wang, Sheng-Lan, Jian-bin Chen & John A. Elix. Two new species of the lichen genus Myelochroa (Parmeliaceae, Ascomycota) from China. Mycotaxon 77: 25-30. 2001. ABSTRACT: Two new lichen species are described from China: Myelochroa salazinica S. L. Wang, J. B. Chen & Elix and M. sinica S. L. Wang, J. B. Chen & Elix. Myelochroa salazinica is the first species of this genus known to contain salazinic acid as the major medullary constituent.
