ABSTRACT: An account of the genus Lecanosticta found on pines in Nuevo León is presented. Lecanosticta longispora, a fungus collected on Pinus culminicola, is described as a new species. A nomenclator and a key for identification of species of Lecanosticta occurring in Nuevo León are also provided.
