ABSTRACT: The ecological and distributive data on 165 sabulicolous taxa (29 Ascomycetes and 136 Basidiomycetes representing 89 genera and 48 families) collected from Sicily in southern Italy are reported. New additions are cited, and data reported in literature for the Sicilian territory is critically reviewed.
