ABSTRACT:  Six new species of the genus Helminthosporium are reported from China: H. conidiophorellum, H. guangxiense, H. ligustri, H. obpyriform, H. ovoideum, and H. pseudomicrosorum. H. acaciae is reported for the first time from China. A key to all known Helminthosporium species in China is provided. Type specimens are deposited in the Herbarium of Shandong Agricultural University: Plant Pathology (HSAUP).
