ABSTRACT: Gloeocantharellus persicinus is described as a new species from China supported by macro- and microscopic photographs. It is compared with G. echinosporus, G. lateritius, G. okapaensis, G. purpurascens and G. uitotanus. The holotype (GDGM 21480) is deposited in the Herbarium of Microbiology Institute of Guangdong Province (GDGM).
