ABSTRACT: A new species of Ganoderma, G. vivianimercedianum is described from Cuba, Brazil and Mexico. It is distinguished by its flabelliform basidioma with a contracted base and a conchate, radially rugose pileus with claviform and granulated cuticle cells and context that is not completely homogeneous. Comparisons with related species and a full description of G. perzonatum are also provided.
