Dai, Yu-Cheng & Fan Yang. A new species of Phellinus (Basidiomycota, Hymenochaetales) from western China. Mycotaxon 104: 103–106. 2008. ABSTRACT: Phellinus pseudoigniarius sp. nov., collected on Salix from Xinjiang in western China, is described and illustrated. It belongs to the Phellinus igniarius complex and has a perennial and ungulate basidiocarp. Microscopically it differs from other species in the complex by lack of setae and presence of cystidioles.
