ABSTRACT: The occurrence of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi belonging to the genus Acaulospora in El Palmar National Park (Entre Ríos Province, Argentina) is reported. In this work A. entreriana sp. nov. is described and A. denticulata, A. dilatata, A. elegans, A. foveata and A. rehmii are reported and illustrated for the first time in Argentina. The distribution area of A. bireticulata, A. delicata, A. excavata, A. laevis, A. mellea, A. scrobiculata and A. spinosa was enlarged.
